We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our business operations.

  • This role involves loading and amending commercial contracts and customer records, as well as liaising with internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with strong computer skills and the ability to process high volume tasks on a daily basis with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Loading commercial contracts for the Pacific Region (Aus/NZ) and processing contract variations/changes
  2. Conducting credit checks and creating new locations/customer accounts
  3. Maintaining customer records, contracts, jobs, and services
