About the Role

The Quality Manager will provide technical assurance support to project teams through the development and implementation of quality assurance programs.

The role ensures compliance with quality requirements across projects, including statutory and contractual obligations.

  • Develop and implement regional quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to project leadership teams to maintain a quality performance culture that drives business improvement.
  • Identify and manage quality objectives, requirements, risks, and other issues that may impact successful project delivery.
  • Ensure projects conform to ISO and AS/NZS regulatory and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities

As a Quality Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing the organizational Quality Management System (QMS) and initiatives across the Business Unit.
  • Providing expertise and support to project teams to develop and maintain a quality performance and culture that drives business improvement.
  • Ensuring projects meet quality requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Monitoring and reviewing quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Advanced Diploma or Lead Auditor Qualification in Engineering, Science, Building, Construction, Quality Management, or Project Management.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a quality management role within the construction industry.
  • 5-10 years engineering and coordination experience.
  • Experience in developing and managing project QA management systems.
  • Experience with Risk and Audit Management Practices.
