- Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in resident-centered care planning and implementation
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 6 months' experience as a Personal Care Worker in aged care
- Availability to work across 24/7 rotating roster
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
- Immunisation record of COVID-19 Vaccine
