  • Support participants in daily living activities, personal care, and community engagement within SIL and community settings.
  • Collaborate closely with House Coordinators and Service Managers to develop and implement individualised plans tailored to each participant's needs.

Our ideal candidates possess excellent communication skills, relevant certifications such as Certificate IV or higher in a related field, and previous experience working with people living with disabilities or mental health concerns.

Key Requirements:

  • Completed qualification in Disabilities, Youth Work, Community Services, Psychology, Social Work, or other relevant fields.
  • Previous experience in supporting individuals with disabilities, mental health concerns, or similar roles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team environment.
