Job Title: Workforce Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Description

This is a critical role that requires a skilled professional to join our team at Marsh, based in Perth.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing the return-to-work process for injured workers, including triaging and lodging new claims promptly. They will also be responsible for developing comprehensive return to work plans tailored to the needs of injured workers, ensuring compliance with employer obligations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the return-to-work process for injured workers, including triaging and lodging new claims promptly.
  • Develop thorough return to work plans that cater to the specific needs of injured workers, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders, including injured workers, employers, and insurers, to provide updates, gather information, and address concerns throughout the return-to-work process.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of claims to assess progress and recommend actions to facilitate recovery and return-to-work.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in health services management or a related field.
  • Experience in claims management functions at an insurer or employer, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
About the Role

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days in the office. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and managing tasks independently.
