About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Victorian Showerscreen division. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy to deliver on our business objectives and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, influence, and lead the sales function to achieve revenue, profit, and value-driven growth targets
  • Plan and control the sales plan, resources, and activities to meet sales objectives
  • Provide support, development, and coaching to on-road sales representatives and showroom sales team members
  • Build constructive relationships across the team to cultivate a climate that optimizes sales outcomes
  • Drive the use of technology, including SalesForce (CRM) and ICAT
About You

We are looking for a people person with a passion for coaching and growing a team of self-reliant sales professionals. You will have a strong ability to bring energy, resilience, and enthusiasm to the role, along with a practical and consultative hands-on approach to sales management.

You will have:

  • Experience developing, coaching, and managing a diverse and geographically spread-out sales team
  • Passion for encouraging effective use of technology and systems
  • Proficient experience with technology and CRM ERP's, Salesforce (preferred)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Ability to produce accurate reporting and analysis
  • Experience in Sales within the building and construction industry
  • A current unrestricted driver's license
