Role Overview

">Job Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a national team of clinicians to provide clinical services to individuals with various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types.
  • Conduct assessments and observations to develop skills, improve emotion regulation, and introduce replacement behaviours.
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans and assessments to enhance a person's quality of life.
  • Work collaboratively with allied health practitioners, support workers, and family members to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
">Qualifications and Skills:
  • Hold qualifications in Psychology, Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or related fields.
  • Be registered as a Behaviour Practitioner under the NDIS (or have the ability to become registered).
  • Prior experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses is desirable.
  • Have a valid car licence.
  • Hold a National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or be willing to obtain before commencement).
