Job Title: Large Format Print and Cutting Machine Technician

Are you a skilled engineer looking for a challenging role that combines technical expertise with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team, providing technical support and training for large format print and cutting machinery.

  • This is a unique opportunity to work with leading-edge technology and develop your skills in diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on complex equipment.

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining and troubleshooting large format printers and cutting machines, as well as delivering structured training sessions to end users. Your strong communication and training skills will enable you to build long-lasting client relationships and promote efficiency and uptime across client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain large format printers and cutting machinery
  • Deliver structured training sessions to end users
  • Work with market-leading brands such as EFI, Canon, Mimaki and more
  • Advise and support users on RIP/workflow software including Onyx, Caldera, Enfocus, and Fiery

Requirements:

  • Experience with large format print and/or finishing machinery as an engineer
  • Confident in diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
  • Strong communication and training skills
  • Full UK driving licence and flexible to travel across the South / Home Counties and further afield when required
