Driven by a passion for delivering high-quality results, we are seeking an accomplished Counsel to join our Asia Pacific team.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled legal professional to make a meaningful impact on our business. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing strategic support and guidance to drive growth across the region.

  • Draft, review and negotiate complex contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful transactional projects.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies, policies, and procedures within the Legal department infrastructure.
  • Support corporate governance matters, including drafting board meeting minutes and resolutions.
  • Provide general legal advice on employment law matters and immigration.
  • Manage global claims management matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry-related legislation in all applicable jurisdictions.
  • Lead outside counsel as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • 8 years of experience as an attorney, preferably with a law firm or in-house counsel generalist role.
  • Exceptional research and writing skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, project management, and business acumen.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
