As a Democracy Champion, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, assisting customers in creating annual usage reports, and developing your customer success skills by sharing responsibility for a small customer base.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email, responding comprehensively and respectfully to customer queries.
• Collaborate with customers to create informative annual usage reports, offering valuable insights and best practices.
• Contribute to the growth of your customer success skills by managing a small customer portfolio.
• Maintain accurate customer data and information used to benchmark customer activity.
• Develop customer site mock-ups, requiring creative thinking and hands-on experience with our products.
• Monitor and track customer engagement activities.
• Support the organisation and administration of customer training sessions.

• Prior experience in customer-facing roles or involvement in university clubs/societies.
