Job Description

This senior role involves leading a team of Rehabilitation Consultants, working closely with the Regional and Operations Manager to ensure success. The ideal candidate will be a motivated professional looking to step up into a leadership position.

In this role, you will:

  1. Foster a positive team culture, focusing on collaboration and open communication
  2. Lead by example, demonstrating calm and composed behavior in challenging situations
  3. Motivate team members to achieve their goals and succeed in their roles
  4. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive team productivity and success
  5. Evaluate and address escalations efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism
Requirements
  • Qualifications: Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, or Physiotherapist, with full registration with AHPRA/ESSA
  • Experience: Same Employer Rehabilitation Consultant, preferably in a team management role
  • Desirable traits: strong leadership skills, ability to motivate teams, and excellent communication skills
