About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Resthaven. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents in a residential care setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Support residents with their mobility and transfer needs
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other staff members
Requirements
  • At least 6 months experience working in a care-related role
  • Holding a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or a higher related qualification
