  • Payroll Operations
    • Manage payroll-related queries and employee status changes
    • Ensure compliance with Awards and regulations
    • Contribute to exciting payroll projects that drive business success
  • Accounts Payable
    • Verify invoice accuracy and ensure proper authorization
    • Maintain up-to-date vendor information
    • Code invoices, reconcile ledgers, and prepare payment runs
    • Manage supplier statements and handle accruals with attention to detail

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or a related field or 2 years of experience as a Finance Officer
  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting procedures, policies, and systems
  • Proficiency in financial software, including Sun, Human Force, and Wage Easy
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills
