Justice Services Assistant
About the Role:
The Justice Officer performs reception and concierge duties, providing administrative support services for various business areas within Justice Service Centres.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to over-the-counter enquiries from staff or the public
- Providing information and assistance with matters relating to Department portfolios
- Assisting with correspondence management (e.g. Court documents / fines / Birth Deaths & Marriages submissions)
Key Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Developed computer literacy and administration skills
- Experience in managing reception duties
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders
- Capacity to assist clients navigating Department services
