High Profile Land Development Projects Manager

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our engineering and design team, you will be responsible for managing projects from due diligence through to development application, co-ordinating designs and contract administration.
Key skills required include project planning, budgeting, commercial acumen, risk management and leadership. Experience in land development is highly desirable.
This is a newly created role due to strong organic growth. You will have the backing of over 430 experts nationally and be tasked with delivering high-profile land development projects.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in planning and managing projects, demonstrated leadership and project management skills, and experience budgeting, commercially acumen, and risk management.
You will also be required to develop relationships with potential clients and improve/maintain existing client relationships, assist Principal Engineers with forecasted workloads to meet project deliverables, contribute to sustainable profit generation and growth, manage commercial risk and demonstrate responsible judgement, recruit, manage, train and mentor staff, and manage financial targets including budgets and profitability.
You must have relevant tertiary qualifications and a passion for delivering results-driven solutions.
