• Proven experience as a Support Coordinator or in a related field, preferably within the NDIS sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to navigate complex situations
• Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
