Research Partnership Manager

Perigon Group is seeking a highly skilled Research Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our research community, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining research partnerships that drive innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Partnership Building: Develop and maintain relationships with industry, government, and other research institutions to identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation and administration of research contracts, ensuring compliance with university policies and protecting the interests of Perigon Group.
- Collaborative Powerhouse: Work closely with researchers, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure successful partnerships and knowledge transfer.
- Knowledge Sharer: Develop and deliver training programs to empower researchers with the skills to excel in partner engagement.
- Strategic Decision-Making: Analyze trends and identify partnership opportunities that align with the university's and faculty/institute's research goals.
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a postgrad law degree and extensive experience in contract management, ideally in the research sector.
- Possesses a deep understanding of research contract administration and management at a senior level.
- Has experience navigating intellectual property management and knowledge transfer.
- Thrives on fostering successful collaborations and negotiating contracts with external research partners.
- Is a seasoned player in the higher education research environment.
- Excels at project management and can deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicates effectively with diverse stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Is a team player who fosters collaboration across departments.
