About the Role

SoftLabs is seeking a skilled UiPath Senior Developer to join their technology consulting team in ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Analyse business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise.
  • Maintain and optimise existing RPA workflows to improve performance and business value.
  • Conduct Unit Testing on developed code and support the full testing lifecycle, including test automation.
  • Provide training, support and knowledge sharing to APS employees.
  • Document development processes, workflows, and technical specifications.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation development.
  • Demonstrated experience in coaching and mentoring staff in the use of Robotic Process Automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of RPA technologies and best practices.
  • Previous experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience with Automated Software Testing.
