Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled labourer to join our team at a leading manufacturer of customised vehicle solutions. As an Emergency Vehicle Components Specialist, you will be responsible for repairing and refurbishing used components to make them look brand new and fit for purpose inside Ambulance Vehicles.

The successful candidate will work on tasks such as sanding, painting, gluing, replacement of bolts and screws, and assembly of new components using hand and power tools.

Your Main Responsibilities:

  • Repair and refurbishment of components such as cabinets, drawers, seats, and lockers.
  • Assembly of new components using hand and power tools.
  • Assisting in day-to-day tasks as per Team Leader's instruction, including general labouring and specific tasks to assist the team and Team Leader.
  • Assisting in the repairs and maintenance of products.
  • You will learn how to assemble and repair a range of items.

Requirements:

  • Experience in carpentry, painting, or general handyman work.
  • An eye for detail to ensure work is accurate and the final product is precise.
  • Ability to work to meet strict daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
