This role is part of our Consulting team, responsible for qualifying customer opportunities and maximising account value of Origin's mobility themed products.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Understanding customer sustainability objectives and requirements
  • Scoping customer requirements
  • Liaising with sales teams to develop customer solutions
  • Engaging with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Being the advocate for our company by educating businesses about our wide range of Emobility offerings
  • Being the expert and trusted advisor when it comes to understanding our Emobility offerings
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction of existing accounts
  • Increasing the adoption of Emobility products by existing accounts

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Key Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in business development/account management/consulting across high-value complex sales
  • Strong capability in building relationships and new business development
  • Good understanding of the Energy Market and electrical infrastructure projects
  • Experience with customer engagement systems, technology and processes
  • Understanding of financial principles, including profit & loss statements, ROI and NPV's, to explain how solutions can add value to the customer's business
