Senior Carpenter

As a Senior Carpenter at Orange City Council, you will play a vital role in maintaining and constructing Council buildings and properties. You will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective service to the community, working collaboratively with the Building Services team and broader Technical Services Team.

• Undertake building maintenance and construction for Council buildings and properties
• Deliver high-quality carpentry and joinery work, including timber framing, woodworking, plastering, and painting
• Coordinate building projects and supervise contractors

• Be a valuable member of the Building Services team and contribute to the success of the Technical Services Team
• Use your Carpentry Trade qualifications and experience to deliver exceptional results
• Provide a high standard of general maintenance and building construction on Council buildings

• Annual Salary (Grade 6): From $70,179 plus allowances and superannuation
• Hours of work: Permanent full-time working 38 hours per week
