About the Role
We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team at Albury Wodonga Health. As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department and Critical Care Unit, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department and Critical Care Unit
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Contribute to the education and training of junior staff members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
- Current Nursing Registration with AHPRA
- Minimum 2 years post-registration experience in Emergency or Critical Care Nursing
- Successful completion of a Transition to Professional Practice (TSP) program or similar
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-focused care
- Ability to provide leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development
