Technical Leadership Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a technical leader to join our organization and drive innovation in technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, leadership, and technical expertise.

They will also have a strategic mindset, a strong commitment to quality, service, and reliability, and a desire to mentor and provide feedback to junior employees.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the global systems architecture team to ensure seamless integration of technology services.
  • Managing the budgeting process for technology infrastructure needs, including forecasting and maintenance renewal.
  • Communicating business-critical metrics to senior management and the global technology executive team.
  • Providing technical leadership and direction at a studio level, encouraging controlled innovation and improvement in data systems, processes, and workflows.

Required qualifications include:

  • Management and leadership experience in a technology role similar in size to our organization or business unit.
  • Hands-on experience of agile delivery management with mixed teams of in-house and external resources.
  • Experience of successfully building, managing, and motivating multidisciplinary in-house technical teams.
  • Experience of technology operations management and the use of new technologies to improve cost-effectiveness and performance.
