Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team in Perth CBD.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your clinical managerial skills and support clinical team members across all sites in the region within a large Federal Government organisation working with vulnerable people.

The role will be on a contract basis initially for 12 months and will be an equivalent APS5 level.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the region's day-to-day clinical support operations and requirements.

  • Assist the Regional Clinical Practice Manager (RCPM) with line management and operational supervision of clinical support team members across all sites in the region.
Day-to-Day Operations

Monitor and ensure client customer service standards are met by the clinical support team.

  • Quality Improvement: Monitor quality of work and conduct quality assurance activities for the clinical support team.
  • Clinical Support Team: Assist with line management to lower level officers including performance management feedback.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold Australian Citizenship.

  • Certificate IV qualification or equivalent level of experience in a relevant field (Practice Management, Business Administration, Leadership)
