Responsibilities include assisting residents in maintaining independence and dignity through personal care, support and assistance under the direction of senior clinical team members.

Key Tasks
  • Provide personal care to aid residents in daily living activities and lifestyle choices.
  • Deliver meals and refreshments as needed.
  • Record observations on assessment charts and document any exceptions to care plans in progress notes; reporting to EN/RN as required.
  • Check residents' menu requirements daily.
  • Complete allocated duties and tasks delegated by RN/EN, including general ward responsibilities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A current National Police Certificate is mandatory (NDIS check also recommended).
  • Relevant Certificate III Qualification is a prerequisite.
  • Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Desirable: Experience in residential aged care.
