We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Ballarat Health Services. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, including assessment, intervention, advocacy, and consultation.
- Contribute to effective patient flow principles and optimize medication use.
- Mentor and clinically supervise learners at all levels, including pharmacy students, interns, residents, and other Grampians Health staff.
- Develop and deliver pharmacy and multidisciplinary team education programs and meetings.
- Hold or be eligible for general registration as a pharmacist with AHPRA.
- Prior clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
