Drive business efficiency and innovation by leveraging the power of low-code solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and deploy custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven) to meet business requirements.
  • Automate repetitive tasks and streamline business processes using Power Automate.
  • Create and manage data models and entities within the Dataverse to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insights and analytics to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Integrate Microsoft Ajax (B-B, B-C) as part of the new Case Management System (CMS) Project.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems using connectors and potentially custom APIs.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for developed solutions.

Requirements:

  • Dynamics 365 Experience: Proven experience developing solutions within Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement using the Power Platform.
  • Power Platform Skills: Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE modules (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing), Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI.
  • Business Analysis: Ability to gather and analyze business requirements to inform technical solutions.
  • Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
