We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pool Lifeguard to join our team at Aligned Leisure. As a Pool Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers and staff within the aquatic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all staff and customers within the aquatic environment
- Monitor water quality and liaise with the Duty Captain to maintain high standards
- Provide clear direction to customers to ensure the aquatic environment is operating safely
- Take pride in supervising community assets and ensure they are presented immaculately and maintained to the highest standards
- Previous experience in customer service (preferred)
- Relevant qualifications such as Pool Lifeguard, first aid and CPR
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Focused on customer satisfaction
- High level of awareness to pre-empt issues and risks
- Disciplined and able to focus on aquatic supervision and customer safety
- Relentless in their approach to delivering exceptional service
