Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide tailored support to individuals assessed as being at risk of non-completion.

This role will involve working with apprentices and employers to resolve complex issues, such as lack of training or supervision, disputes, bullying, personal or mental health issues, performance and OHS issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing short-term or ongoing support services delivered at any stage from sign-up to completion.

About You:

  • You will be an organised and self-driven individual who can work autonomously in a busy environment.
  • You will have a sound understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship System.
  • You will be able to detect and help resolve complex issues.
  • You will have strong communication, liaison and networking capabilities.
  • You will be proficient in MS Office and able to use external computer-based databases.
