We are a leading provider of aged care services in Australia.

Our organization has evolved significantly since the 1920s, catering to the needs of our elderly population with compassion and dedication.

We operate five residential aged care homes, fifteen retirement villages, and offer home care services to over two thousand individuals every week, delivering high-quality care to our clients and their loved ones.

We currently seek Cleaners to join our team at our Ashfield facility in permanent part-time roles, assisting us in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the residence while minimizing health risks and maximizing safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the facility to high cleaning standards by ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained;
  • Interact with residents in a friendly, helpful, and positive manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal) for interacting with residents, staff, and other stakeholders;
  • Prior experience in commercial, healthcare, or aged care cleaning environments is desirable;
  • Sound knowledge of cleaning products and safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals;
  • Experience working with cleaning equipment, including vacuums, mops, and brooms;
  • A certificate in Cleaning Operations would be highly regarded.
