Job Overview
The Food & Beverage Supervisor position is a hands-on leadership role that will assist in the effective running of F&B outlets. This role enables you to improve guest satisfaction by maintaining efficiency of service, general product and technical knowledge, and exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity where you can put your skills and knowledge to the test to deliver a thrilling new era for food and beverage in Brisbane. You will oversee and assist F&B Attendants to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring the outlets are prepared and organised to meet business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise team members and assist the leadership team with any training and development needed for team members
- Monitor the quality of food and beverage service to ensure high standards are always maintained
- Ensure a high level of guest experience is always provided in the venues and is professional, hospitable, timely, effective, and efficient
- Set specific daily performance objectives for all team members and supervise the service flow
- Make recommendations to the Venue Manager that will assist in maximising revenue and minimise costs

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment while juggling multiple tasks seamlessly
- Strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards
- 24/7 availability and adaptability to various scheduling needs
- Expertise in building rapport with a diverse range of guests, ensuring exceptional experiences for everyone
