Clinical Lead Opportunity
Overview of the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will provide clinical supervision and guidance to our intake service officer team, manage active client workload, and assist in monitoring quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to the MHAOD intake service officer team
- Manage active client workload and be an escalation point for consultation on complex cases
- Assist in monitoring quality outcomes as part of the clinical governance framework
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- AHPRA registered with mental health qualifications or Accredited Mental Health Social Worker registered with AASW
- Knowledge and experience working in clinical recovery model for MHAOD services
- Experience in providing clinical supervision, mentoring, and supporting a team
