Job Overview

Applications are sought from suitably qualified teachers with a passion for supporting students to achieve academic and holistic success. This is a full-time role working in our secondary school team.

English and HASS experience is desirable but a generalist is also advantageous. The successful applicant should have a passion for coming alongside students so that they are well known, well loved, and well taught.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes.
  • Deliver excellent teaching as described by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
  • Receive feedback on your teaching and implement changes.
  • Effectively plan for, collect and analyse educational data, then devise appropriate strategies and interventions to improve student outcomes.
Requirements
  1. Display the capacity to improve student learning and wellbeing outcomes.
  2. Demonstrate excellent teaching as described by the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
  3. Be able to receive feedback on your teaching and implement changes.
  4. Be able to effectively plan for, collect and analyse educational data, then devise appropriate strategies and interventions to improve student outcomes.
  5. Have an active Christian faith, suitable tertiary qualifications and TRBWA accreditation (or be eligible).
