Key Responsibilities:

* Develop a deeper understanding of the laws relevant to a real estate practice
* Work on cross-border and cross-practice group matters
* Learn how real estate transactions are structured
* Draft, negotiate, and settle sale and purchase agreements for commercial, industrial, retail, and greenfield residential land
* Draft and negotiate complex agreements for lease and leases
* Assist with strategic land tenure and property law advice
* Draft and negotiate transaction documents for urban renewal projects
* Draft and interpret management, services, and development agreements
* Draft documents and advise in relation to expressions of interest, requests for tender, and heads of agreement
* Develop a deeper knowledge of Landgate, PEXA, and OSR processes

About You:

* You should be practical, resilient, and proactive in your approach, in addition to demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
* You will have a minimum of 2 years of real estate experience, ideally at a well-regarded firm or sophisticated in-house environment.
* You will be commercially astute, have a strong eye for detail, and be a team player.
* You will have a demonstrated willingness to build effective relationships with internal and external clients.
