Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our PBS Clinical Lead and leadership team to ensure high standards of work are delivered in accordance with legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the development and delivery of behaviour support services in accordance with the NDIS safeguards framework, particularly regarding restrictive practices.
  • Mentoring and working collaboratively with members of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure individual plans reflect our participants' goals, passions, and strengths.
  • Assisting participants, along with their families and/or carers, to identify needs through a person-centered approach in a community-based setting.
  • Developing and delivering behaviour support services that are impactful and meaningful for our participants.

Requirements

  • Registration as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner.
  • Proficiency in delivering high-quality work that is impactful and meaningful for our participants.
