As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our Trade Loyalty Program, and developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert customer service to retail and trade customers
- Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
- Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
- Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess strong communication skills, the ability to genuinely connect with customers, and a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer service environment is highly desirable.
