We are seeking an experienced Trainer & Assessor to deliver First Aid courses. This is an ideal opportunity to teach life-saving skills and join a market leader in First Aid.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver First Aid training courses in accordance with ANZCOR and ARC guidelines.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with learners, stakeholders, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the development of training programs and materials.
• Assess learner competence and provide feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.

Requirements:

• Current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
• Knowledge of first aid guidelines and regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Flexibility and availability to work weekdays and weekends.
• Friendly and engaging personality.
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills.
• Hold a current HLTAID011 Provide First Aid or be willing to obtain if successful.
• Hold a current 'Working with Children Card' or be willing to obtain if successful.
