Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of Melbourne's top dining destinations, where you will be responsible for managing reservations, greeting and seating guests, and collaborating with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage reservations and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide information about our venues, menus, and upcoming events.
- Assist with coat check and other guest services as needed.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a friendly and approachable personality, and the ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment. A passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences is essential.
