AECOM seeks a skilled civil design professional to support planning, design, and construction projects, focusing on general civil and water/wastewater infrastructure.

This role offers access to industry specialists and a global network of thought-leaders, enabling the delivery of technical excellence in design and development of project management skills.

By delivering comprehensive services from creation to completion and beyond, AECOM transforms communities through infrastructure development, improving commutes, keeping the lights on, and providing access to clean water.

A day in this role may include:

  • Delivering civil design projects to a high standard, within budget and on time;
  • Undertaking design and study of civil infrastructure work of a diverse range of projects (including managing coastal engineering paths, bikeways, civil components of major developments);
  • Communicating and liaising with client and authorities while delivering projects drawings and reports;
  • Developing and nurturing relationships within AECOM and local industry;

The following qualifications and experience are highly desired: a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent), CPEng, RPEQ (or working towards), 4+ years' experience with project management and technical delivery of civil infrastructure projects, familiarity with 3D modelling software, a passion for delivering high-quality technical work, and experience working in an engineering consultancy.
