About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Digital Growth Specialist to join our team at Semrush. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating new business, upselling, cross-selling, and renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop long-term partnerships with some of the world's biggest brands
  • Drive revenue growth by generating new business, upselling, cross-selling, and renewals
  • Take ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to close, managing and closing run-rate deals while also sourcing, developing, and closing large complex selling cycles with multiple stakeholders (CXO, Legal/Finance/IT requirements)
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand their business needs, and provide additional Semrush solutions to optimize growth
  • Deliver a value-based selling experience to customers based on automation and customer behavior
  • Ensure customers derive maximum value from our product and achieve their business objectives

Requirements

  • Degree in marketing, economics, or an acceptable combination of education & experience
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales: prospecting, qualifying leads, closing deals, creating content follow-ups, & exceeding targets
  • Solid experience in sales methodologies, BANT qualification, meeting control, account development, & time management
  • Excellent negotiation skills & knowledge of managing procurement
  • 1+ year of Martech/SalesTech and product marketing strategies, processes, positioning, messaging, sales conversion optimization, etc
  • Impeccable verbal & written communication, listening, & problem-solving skills
  • Ready to grow - you're self-motivated, adaptive & an agile learner
  • Ready to succeed- you're independent & success-driven, but still a team player
  • Native or bilingual English. Fluent in local India languages is preferred

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
