Leading Clinical Trial Manager

Are you a skilled clinical researcher looking for a challenging role in managing clinical trials? We are seeking an experienced Clinical Trial Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our research projects.
Job Description:
As a Clinical Trial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. You will also develop and implement trial management strategies, manage budgets and timelines, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
Requirements:
- PhD in Psychology (Clinical Psychology preferred)
- Experience in managing clinical trials, including planning, conducting, and analyzing data
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R) and project management tools
