As a Field Service Technician, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and support to our valued customers.
Your primary objective will be to ensure hydraulic systems and equipment operate at peak performance, handling service, fault-finding, repairs, and commissioning activities both on-site and in the workshop.
- You will handle external service and breakdown requests, perform fault-finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance on hydraulic systems, and install, commission, and test large hydraulic projects.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing service quotations and managing documentation (service reports, quality records, customer deliverables)
- Conducting proactive system analysis and recommending maintenance or modernisation solutions to customers
- Maintaining strong customer relationships through professional service delivery and regular client engagement
We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician who possesses:
- A Trade qualification as a Hydraulic Fitter (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in field service and/or hydraulic system maintenance
- Strong hydraulic system knowledge and diagnostic ability
- High attention to quality, safety, and detail
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
- Strong planning and organisational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
