We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic leasing consultant to join our dynamic team. As a leasing consultant, you will play a key role in servicing premium clients and working alongside another leasing consultant and under the guidance of a senior property manager.

About the Role
  • Support a senior property manager with leasing tasks
  • Conduct open homes and inspections
  • Manage leasing inquiries via phone and email
  • Handle application processes, including reference checks
  • Prepare conditions reports
  • Data entry into agent box and property tree

The ideal candidate will possess a certificate of registration in real estate, own a car, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Previous real estate experience is ideal but not essential.
