Senior Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Lead to join our national team in Australia.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead one of our high-performing teams of support technicians, delivering exceptional service to a portfolio of clients. You'll contribute to the end-to-end service experience, ensure SLA adherence, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads a high-performing team of support technicians to deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Contributes to the end-to-end service experience for clients, ensuring SLA adherence and driving continuous improvement.
  • Works closely with internal teams such as Dispatch, Projects, and Client Services to ensure seamless service delivery aligned with client needs.
  • Plays a key role in escalations, working directly with clients and stakeholders across the business to achieve the best outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in Service Delivery or a closely related discipline within an MSP, MSSP, or IT integrator environment.
  • Proven commercial acumen and ability to deliver outcomes for clients.
  • Deep understanding of ITIL-based service delivery and a passion for structured, high-quality client service.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence outcomes.
  • A proactive, accountable, solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail.
