Job Description:

As a Womenswear Designer, you will play a key role in designing clothing ranges in collaboration with senior designers and broader design teams. The ideal candidate will ensure that the collection is innovative, commercially viable, and aligned with customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee product range development, ensuring alignment with brand vision, option plans, price points, and target margins.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the design process is aligned with broader business objectives and approved strategies.
  • Build strong partnerships with merchandise planning and buying teams, ensuring balanced ranges that meet financial targets.

The successful candidate will have experience in a design role, demonstrating ability to develop commercially successful collections. They will be skilled in Adobe Illustrator and other design tools, with a strong understanding of global fashion trends, materials, and innovations in the market.
