In this capacity, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence, providing thought leadership, and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Your expertise in cloud computing, security, and identity management will be instrumental in shaping the future of our customers' technology landscapes.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver comprehensive cloud architecture and engineering solutions that align with customer objectives and requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and priorities.
- Leverage your expertise in cloud security and identity management to identify and mitigate potential risks and threats.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and delivery, to ensure effective communication and alignment on customer-facing projects.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing, identifying opportunities to enhance customer value and drive business growth.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
- 4+ years of experience working on technical projects.
- Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
- Threat protection, SIEM and Incident Response; Extended Detection and Response (XDR); Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR); Security Operation Center Management; Identity and Access Management; Cloud Infrastructure; Cloud Security; Data Security; Certification in one or more of the following technologies preferred: Microsoft 365 Security Administrator, Microsoft Security Operations, Cloud Security, CCSP, CEH, OSCP, GSEC.
