About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our management systems meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, develop and implement process improvements, and provide training to employees.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in quality assurance, experience working in a regulated industry, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records. A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of quality-related activities.
