At Turner & Townsend, we're passionate about delivering ambitious projects for our clients. As a Project Lead and Change Management Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of our Water and Energy projects in Sydney.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Infrastructure team as an Associate Director of Performance Controls. You will be responsible for establishing a collaborative process with the Cost and Planning teams to provide accurate and integrated change, schedule, cost, and risk data.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Effectively communicating schedule performance against baseline through reporting and presenting.
  • Supporting the integration of cost and risk information to report integrated project performance and align to Client's objectives.
  • Working with project stakeholders to produce validated performance, earned value, and percentage completion reports monthly.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Strong Project Controls Experience.
  • Transmission Line project experience is preferable.
  • Contractor management and contract administration skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination and consultation skills.
  • Highly proficient communication skills that allow swift establishment of positive relationships with client staff.
