Introduction

We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Administrator to join our team at Gallagher, a global leader in insurance broking, risk management and consulting. The successful candidate will provide administrative assistance support to the National Manager - MIS, Insolvency and Turnaround.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure. As a Risk Management Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals, maintaining data entry and follow-ups, and providing exceptional customer service to clients, brokers, underwriters, and other key partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating and compiling new business quotes and renewals
  • Maintaining data entry and follow-ups
  • Providing a high level of customer service with tight turnaround times to clients, brokers, underwriters, and other key partners
  • Assisting in the overall account management and debtor management
  • Seeking opportunities to improve internal business processes and cost efficiencies and work with the Gallagher Service Centre to ensure processes and information is accurately prepared
  • Gathering relevant client information and monitoring key issues to provide assistance to broker
  • Ensure 100% accuracy of documentation and policies for external and internal clients and procedures

Requirements

  • Tier 1 or 2 qualification
  • Strong computer literacy and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent administration skills with a high attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (namely Microsoft Excel)

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
