About the Role

We're seeking a driven and energetic Account Executive to join our team at Hibob. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Australia & New Zealand region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to attract and acquire new customers
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, with a focus on closing deals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the ANZ region
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations
  • Perform outbound activities to build a revenue pipeline
  • Target key decision-makers to determine buying readiness and timelines
  • Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system
  • Attend trade shows, events, and conferences
  • Network with market influencers, consultants, and partners

Requirements

We're looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in SaaS sales. If you have a strong work ethic, integrity, and a desire to succeed, we'd love to hear from you.

  • Minimum 4 years of SaaS sales experience
  • Proven ability to accurately forecast and hit revenue targets
  • Experience working in an HR-tech environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and remotely
